Bespin Works is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We operate the AI Applications Platform that helps organizations run, govern, and budget enterprise AI applications.

When you browse

Your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referrer URL, and information about the pages you visit and how you interact with them. We measure this with analytics tools.

When you email us

If you contact us by email, we collect your email address, name, and whatever information you include in your message. We use it only to respond and follow up.

Cookies

Our analytics providers — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — set cookies and use local storage to recognize your browser and measure traffic: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat), Microsoft Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk), and related Microsoft identifiers. They are set when you first visit the site. Clearing your browser's cookies and site data removes them; they are set again on your next visit.

We use the data we collect to:

• Understand how visitors find and use our site
• Improve the site experience and messaging
• Diagnose technical problems
• Respond to emails and inquiries

We do not use this information to build individual profiles for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

We share browsing data with two analytics processors: Google, for traffic measurement (see the Google Privacy Policy), and Microsoft, for usage analytics and session recordings (see the Microsoft Privacy Statement). These providers may transfer data internationally, including to the United States; both participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, our legal basis for analytics is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site; for email, it is responding to prospective customers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to receive a copy of data you provided, and to object to certain processing. To exercise a right — or with any privacy question — email us at ceo@bespin.works.

Analytics data is retained according to our providers’ default settings, unless we configure shorter windows. Emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. This site has no sign-up, no login, and no forms, which limits the types of data we process.

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page when we do.
